Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping is between 1-3 business days.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation in your email on file with the tracking information.

Package returned to seller. What do I do?

While we are not responsible for customers entering an incorrect address, we can ship your package to the correct mailing address once package is received.

If you see package is being sent back to us, email us stampedbysis@gmail.com

If you do not check tracking information, Stamped by Sis will contact the email on file to confirm correct address.

My package tracking information is showing that it has been delivered, but I have not received it. What can I do?

Sometimes USPS marks packages as delivered a day or two before they are. If you’ve waited two days, please read below.

Please verify that your current mailing address is the address on the order confirmation email you received.

We also recommend that you check with other members of your household to see if anyone may have put your package aside. This happens a lot!

If you live in an apartment complex, we recommend that you contact your rental office to see if they are holding your package there. Some packages won’t fit in your mailbox so carriers will often leave packages at a manager’s office for safekeeping.

Consider calling your local post office with your tracking number and ask them if they can assist you further. Sometimes they have more information than what we can see online. They may even have your package on hold for you.

Jewelry Care

How do I take care of my jewelry?

Keep dry.

For longer-lasting wear, we recommend taking jewelry off before being exposed to water, lotions, and perfumes. This also includes showering, swimming, exercising, and cleaning.

*Some SBS products can be worn in the water so be sure to read product descriptions.

Store it properly.

All jewelry comes in a jewelry pouch and it is safe to store in a pouch. Keep the pouch in an open area if you do so.

All jewelry orders come with a polishing cloth.

Please avoid using any polishing cloth cleaner with chemicals built into the polishing cloth. We recommend using our cotton polishing cloth only.

How to re-ink my product?

+ Use a thin sharpie to cover the markings

+ Let sit for 15 seconds

+ Remove ink with a paper towel or cotton cloth

** If there are any leftover sharpie marks, use soap and water to remove them.

Jewelry is too big or too small. What do I do?

While most SBS products are adjustable, we understand that sizing can be off due to not being measured properly. All of our listings have measurements in the description box.

If the product is not custom, we are happy to exchange it for a new size!

Custom products can not be exchanged. If your custom product does not fit, please email us at stampedbysis@gmail.com so we can assist with your order.

What should I do if my item has been damaged or broken?

Complimentary repairs will be honored within 30 days of receiving your order. Please email and attach photos of your jewelry that needs to be repaired to stampedbysis@gmail.com

All SBS packages are gift-wrapped. We love the idea of opening a package and it feels like a gift!
